Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you — the person or organisation named on the order — and Lean Commerce LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company trading as Centarro, whose contact details are set out in the legal notice. Placing an order accepts these terms.
What these terms cover
These terms govern licenses for Centarro site templates. Centarro AI Skills are proprietary software sold under their own terms — see the AI Skills license agreement. Refunds are governed by the refund policy, and personal data by the privacy policy. Where those documents and these terms conflict, the more specific document applies.
What the license grants
An active license grants one named customer access to the licensed site template's package bundle on Private Packagist for the license term stated at purchase, and to every release of that bundle published during the term. A license covers one production store. Access is personal to the customer named on the order: the credentials issued to you must not be shared with, resold to or used on behalf of anyone else.
Ownership and redistribution
The site template is Drupal code licensed under the GNU General Public License. Everything you install under a license is yours to keep, modify, deploy and redistribute under the GPL's own terms, and none of that ends with the license. What the license governs is access: to Centarro's package delivery, to Composer updates and to support. Nothing in these terms restricts a right the GPL grants you in the code itself.
Term and expiry
Licenses run for the term stated at purchase — one year, or without end for a Lifetime license — and do not renew automatically. No subscription is created and no card is charged again unless you place a new order. On expiry, package bundle access and update delivery are withdrawn. Code you already hold and sites already deployed are unaffected.
Support
Setup support — assistance getting the site template installed and running — is included with every license for its term. The support channel is email to store@centarro.io. Support is provided on a best-effort basis during business hours in the United States Eastern time zone; no response time is guaranteed and none should be relied on. Support does not cover custom development, third-party modules, hosting, or the operation of your site.
Refunds
Orders may be refunded within 14 days of purchase under the conditions set out in the refund policy. A refund ends the license and withdraws package bundle access.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to circumvent license enforcement, redistribute the credentials or package archives delivered to you, or use the store's package registry to serve packages to systems outside your own. We may suspend access that is being used this way and will say why.
No warranty
The site template, the package delivery service and the store are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the software is free of defects or that delivery will be uninterrupted. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits the warranty position stated in the GNU General Public License for the code itself.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lean Commerce LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss of data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to a license is limited to the amount you paid for that license in the 12 months before the claim arose. Liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, is unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future orders. The terms that apply to your license are those published when you placed your order; we keep prior versions and will provide the applicable version on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Pitt County, North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
