Unresolved before publication: the AI Skills product page sells the skills as proprietary software, while the package metadata shipped with them declares the GNU General Public License. Those two statements cannot both stand. If the packages ship under the GPL, this agreement cannot restrict copying or redistribution and must be cut back to the access terms only. Settle the licence of the packages first, then finish this page.

Parties and scope
This agreement is between you — the person or organisation named on the order — and Lean Commerce LLC, trading as Centarro. It governs Centarro AI Skills only. Site templates are sold under the terms of license; refunds under the refund policy; personal data under the privacy policy.
What you may do
Subject to payment and to this agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to install the AI Skills, to use them internally — including on client work you carry out — and to modify them for your own use, for the term stated at purchase.
What you may not do
- Redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense or otherwise make the AI Skills available to anyone outside your organisation, whether modified or not.
- Share the credentials issued to you, or use the package registry to serve the skills to systems outside your own.
- Remove or obscure the copyright and licence notices in the files.
- Use the AI Skills to build or train a product that competes with them.
Delivering a site you built with the help of the AI Skills is not redistribution, provided the skill files themselves are not delivered with it.
Ownership
The AI Skills are licensed, not sold. Lean Commerce LLC retains all rights in them that this agreement does not grant you. Output you produce with them is yours.
Term, updates and expiry
The licence runs for the term stated at purchase and does not renew automatically. During the term you receive every update published to the skills. [Settle and state one position, consistently with /ai-skills: whether the licence to use the version you hold survives expiry, or whether all use ends with the term. Today the store says both.] On expiry, access to the package bundle and to further updates is withdrawn.
Support
Support is by email to store@centarro.io, on a best-effort basis during business hours in the United States Eastern time zone. No response time is guaranteed. Support covers installing and running the skills, not the output of any AI system.
No warranty and AI output
The AI Skills are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. They instruct third-party AI tools that we neither operate nor control, and whose output is probabilistic. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything produced with their help before it reaches production, and for your own compliance with the terms of the AI tools you use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lean Commerce LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss of data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
This licence ends if you breach it and do not correct the breach within 30 days of being told about it, or on a refund of the order. On termination you must stop using the AI Skills and delete the copies you hold.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Pitt County, North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
