The window
You may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, orders are final.
What a refund does
A refund ends the license. Access to the package bundle on Private Packagist is withdrawn, the credentials issued to you stop working, and no further releases are delivered. Code already installed on your own systems is not affected — the site template is GPL software and remains yours to keep and use under that license — but you may no longer use the credentials or the package registry.
How to request one
Email store@centarro.io from the address on the order, with the order number. We do not ask for a reason. We aim to act on requests promptly; refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor and typically appear within 10 business days, depending on your bank.
When a refund may be declined
- The request arrives more than 14 days after purchase.
- The license has already been refunded once, or was granted as a replacement for a refunded order.
- The credentials issued to the license have been shared, resold or used to serve packages to systems outside your own — a breach of the terms of license.
Renewals and Lifetime licenses
The same 14-day window applies to a renewal and to a Lifetime license, counted from the date of that purchase.
Your statutory rights
If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, this policy is offered in addition to that right and does not replace it. Because access is delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that delivery begins at once; in some jurisdictions that agreement ends the statutory withdrawal right. Where it does, the 14-day window above still applies.
