Content Privée is built on Centarro Bootstrap, and so is the store you are browsing. This store's brand theme adds no stylesheet of its own: the Centarro palette and logo are set in Centarro Bootstrap's theme settings. The theme you license is the one we run.

No. It is a base theme, the layer site templates such as Content Privée are built on. A site template installs a finished site. Centarro Bootstrap gives you the theme foundation to build your own.
Only the length. Both give you the complete theme and Composer updates while they run. The trial lasts one month, the 1-year license twelve.
Access to the package and its updates stops. The trial cannot be renewed or extended, so to keep going you buy the 1-year license. Code you have already installed keeps working: it is GPL and yours.
